Fully air-conditioned with individual room temp control. Bedrooms & living room each have a TV. Kitchen has microwave, convection oven, induction stove & refrigerator. Washer/Dryer also in house. Balcony private yet offers amazing view of ocean with sun rising in front, it has private jacuzzi with water jets & heat. We didn't heat as the weather was warm. Check with host on balcony door operating procedure. Infinity pool on terrace. Enclosed parking. Location is good. About 5 min drive to beach Costa Azul, however not very walkable to beach. Unpaved road for about 5 minutes to get to property but we had a jeep. Major con was highway construction in March 2026 making commute to SJD Cabo downtown 30-45 mins although google shows ~10 mins - check with host on status when booking. It was faster to go to Cabo San Lucas on the other side." (8/5)

We had a great time during our stay and had a mixup over the check out date but they let extend our stay another night without any issues. We were disappointed that the hot tub didn’t work. We were offered concierge services to book a whale watching tour but we got the response 5 days after I asked for the quote, and I had already booked it on my own.
